About Psychotherapy and Counselling
Talking through the feelings regarding whatever is troubling you can often help reach a better understanding of its possible cause. You may then be able to work towards making changes that will allow you to feel happier and more in charge of your life.
Psychotherapy tends to be a route to explore the particular life struggles you are facing and it’s open-ended. This means that you decide the length of therapy. Counselling can provide a space to talk through specific problems in a particular area of your life. More about psychotherapy and counselling .
